Men in Sheds Milton Keynes is a friendly, inclusive charity that brings people together to make, learn and socialise. Primarily supporting men—many of whom are retired or no longer working—the Shed provides a welcoming, well-equipped space where members can enjoy woodworking, metalworking, model making, crafts, art, electronics, 3D printing and other practical activities. People can work on their own projects, learn new skills or share their knowledge and experience with others.
The organisation also uses its members’ creativity and practical expertise to support the wider Milton Keynes community, producing and repairing items for local charities, schools and community groups. Just as importantly, the Shed offers friendship, conversation and a sense of purpose, helping members stay active, build confidence and feel more connected to their community.
